- As Lead (J2EE), the candidate should have extensive software design & development experience comprising a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing transaction processing / enterprise solutions using J2EE technologies. Should also have strong knowledge on C, C++ and Unix.
- Essential: Proven experience in implementing solutions with OOP concepts and exposure to all phases of Project/product development life cycle.
- Desirable: Knowledge of contemporary open source Java technologies Enterprise messaging, workflow technologies is highly desirable.
