The Service Business Manager will 1.   Lead a team of individual contributors and supervisor(s) covering HW Order Management and Project/Program Management functions.2.   Plan, direct, and monitor operational activities of staff.3.   Collaborate with teams in India and USA to drive process improvements in support of key business deliverables.4.   Evaluate opportunities to expand the scope of services offered by his/her team.5.   Recruit and support the development of direct staff.      6.  Report to the US based Director of HW Operations. |
