Description : |
| |
Smooth functioning of the TRAINING department.
-Planning the various training budgets, cost analysis and target setting as per organizational planning and budgeting systems.
-Designing the training courses and programs .
-Work closely with the faculty head and trainers to create strong service lines for the training department.
-Analyze and interpret the training metrics for the units
-Monitor the Training Department’s SLA’s vis-à-vis the Business Units
-Deepen domain and process understanding continuously to feed back into theTraining Department.
-Training need analysis and delivery & Development of training material.
-Training the trainers and Training for the new hires as well as the floor, Ensuring quality adherence and increasing productivity leading to more revenues.
-Responsible for the Roll out and design the training calendar for the Organization.
-Training needs assessment across the board and devising training programmes in accordance. Client interface, devising training structure and methodology for new businesses transitioned to India.
