We are currently looking for IT Recruitment professionals to join immediately.
The person in this position must have the following skills.
Key Skills:
0.5 - 5 yrs in Hardcore IT recruitment.
Profession oriented and highly a result driven individual.
Must have individually handled End to End Recruitment right from sourcing to screening to short listing to interview follow-ups till the closures.
Must have strong experience in various modes of recruitment (Headhunting, Networking and e – recruitment).
Good understanding of Software recruitment Industry
Must be highly process oriented and target oriented.
Must have strong expertise in handling IT recruitments across
Technologies/domains and levels.
Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Should be self motivated and also work well in teams
