The PSTM will report to the ICD10 Program Test Manager and will be part of the ICD10 program team responsible for delivering ICD10 capabilities to Client by October 1, 2013.
Skills Needed:
Strong Testing Life Cycle Management Skill set
Good Working knowledge of HP Quality Center
Strong Skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Strong Meeting Facilitation and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High Confidence level and ability to remain calm and focused to enable teams to come to agreement on next steps
