Description : |
|
Position requires a College Degree in an IT Technology field or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years of commensurate and progressive growth experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk technical support environment
* Must have basic knowledge of PC hardware, MS Office, basic printer troubleshooting skills, ghosting software, and knowledge of web browsers.
* Experience as a Team Lead and/or Manager Certifications for Service Desk industry
* Certified Knowledge Management; A+ and/or Net+ certification
* Familiar with Healthcare Customer Service Environment and the support of Subscribers/Providers
* A solid understanding of personal computers.
* Knowledgeable about BMC Service Desk Express or Knowledge Management tools preferred.
* 1-2 years experience with Crystal Report and development and standard metrics reporting requirements.
* Familiar with ITIL process and environment.
* Familiar with support of e-commerce or e-business web sites.
* Knowledge of script writing for SQL, Access, PERL and/or JAVA. |
