Manage consultant hours tracking.
Validates weekly time and project cost tracking and reporting
Schedules team meetings and organizes agendas as directed by project managers
Attends meetings as directed by project managers and takes meeting minutes
Publishes Meeting Minutes and follows up with project individuals on action items
Assists project team in preparing weekly updates
Maintains Sharepoint team collaboration workspaces
Coordinates with offshore resource and deliver managers to make sure that onboarding and offboarding of offshore resource information is accurate and up to date
Adhoc power point presentations.
