| |
Roles and Responsibilities:
Extensively involved in interacting with Clients in understanding business process requirements and establishing processes with reporting, MIS and Process Quality Projects.
Job Requirements:
· Responsible for Queue management and work allocation for a team of 300+ members
· Led program implementation with intimate understanding of client requirements to validate against client expectations and ensure that all KPI's are achieved
· Established operational, training, and quality teams for program to successfully launch of phone and technical support for multiple Microsoft Office applications
· Analyze trends and liaise between internal departments to ensure highest level of customer service by maximizing qualitative and quantitative performances
· Liaise between site and client to facilitate timely communication of operational results and launch of client initiatives
· Constantly working on process improvements and increasing baseline sigma.
· Review executive performance and potential.
· Arranging and hosting Conference Call from client
· Responsible for automating the Process MIS and Capture Modules.
· Work closely with Quality department and formulate and implement new process for improvising productivity using CI (Continuous Improvement) and COPC methodology
· Working closely with Recruitment department for recruiting agents for the department and other processes
