Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar technical field required
5+ years of experience leading, implementing, and supporting business solutions
5+ years of on the job experience managing information technology teams of developers and support analysts
5+ years of project management experience
Experience working in the deregulated electricity and natural gas industry strongly preferred
Experience with Risk Management and Forecasting applications required
Technical background in .Net, C#, or Java development
Exposure to, and understanding of, Oracle or SQL Server
Demonstrated ability to set strategic/task direction, and effective planning and organizational skills
