Responsible for providing project management of a highly complex project associated with development and delivery of new services. Develop the project initiation documentation, planning all aspects of the project including but not limited to schedule, budget, resourcing plan, risk plan, change control, issues management, communications plan, performance measures, project status reporting, and integration with other projects. Insure project compliance with existing Commonwealth project management legislation, standards, and policies. |
