| |
Collaborate with the customer (EY Knowledge) in answering product related queries on a day-to-day basis, planning release and maintenance windows for the entire fiscal year, keeping the customer apprised of growth patterns by trending growth of users and data thereby projecting licensing & infrastructure needs, implementing scale outs of the environment based on growth projections, managing expectations with the customer, guide the customer as needed to set product strategy/direction ensuring alignment with firm and IT Strategies.
· Collaborate with product vendor on product enhancements/bug fixes needed based on requests from the customer
· Weekly project status reporting to management including managing project budget and explaining variances as needed. Description of day to day tasks (please be as descriptive as possible).
· Product Management of external client collaboration applications (eRoom from EMC Documentum and Live Meetings from IBM) that includes managing related projects throughout the fiscal year following defined IT Services project management methodologies that includes working with the customer (EY Knowledge) to identify enhancements and bug fixes to be implemented in each quarter, plan and execute multiple releases involving various enhancements and/or bug fixes for the eRoom environment within each quarter working with Application Engineers, QA teams and Transition teams.
· Interface with Information Security teams as needed in responding to external client security questionnaires as well as infrastructure and application audits
· Work with other IT Operations teams such as Capacity Planning, DBA, Networking, Infrastructure Architecture & Storage teams as needed to monitor, scale out and manage the eRoom infrastructure based on growth patterns to ensure smooth functioning of this critical environment,
