5+ years working knowledge of network management tools or equivalent technology; packet capture analysis, netflow, CiscoWorks, DNS/DHCP
- Cisco CCNP or higher certification
- Experience in the configuration and support of QoS, VPN components, Cisco ASA
- Specific knowledge of Cisco ACS, WAN Optimization
- Exposure to Cisco Nexus, CDN, and ACE load balancers
- Accountable and delivers on commitments
- Ability to achieve excellent results with minimal guidance
- Communicates clear & specific recommendations and strategies to a wide range of audiences
