Provide report development and report support for business lines.
- Responsible for auditing system data and detailing remediation plans and implementation of controls.
- Strong analytical and quantitative competencies.
- Provide first level functional system and process support for business line clients.
- Expert understanding of business process and how the technologies enable the process.
- Acquire and document functional and non-functional requirements for technology enhancements and bug fixes.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and clearly document results.
- Audit, test and document results for key business processes and system interactions.
- Develop communication plans for project, maintenance and information. |
