Description : |
| |
Documentation of current and future state including process mapping and data analysis
• Identify and design business solutions
• Present the identified solution options, along with pros and cons and the associated business cases
• Data manipulation using desktop tools and interpretation of results to assist with analysis, investigation or validation
• Contribute to the creation of the project plan - work with the project team to understand, agree estimates for tasks to build the solution and include the required activities in the project plan
• Train users and document new procedures
• Gather, analyze and document business, user, functional and non-functional requirements
• Assist technology with selection of appropriate technical solutions |
