| |
Develop performance models and test strategies
Design, implement and execute load and performance tests based on strategies
Identify system bottlenecks and suggest improvements
Review performance testing artifacts of other projects
Participate in reviews of system architecture, and design documents
Effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written formats
Required skills/competencies:
Up to 5 years experience with performance testing using HP Mercury Load Runner Suite and Diagnostics
Experience working on large scale high availability and high traffic
Experience multitasking multiple technically demanding projects
Hands on experience testing in Siebel
Experience managing and mentoring performance test engineers across multiple projects
Practical knowledge and experience in all phases of software QA
Excellent written and oral communication skills |
