| |
conduct customer satisfaction surveys, and brand track studies to measure the brand saliency, and take appropriate corrective actions in the market operations, or internal procedures, to enhance and maintain the same.
Formulate and enforce the service strategies of the local customer group/region, take charge of the customers’ satisfaction degree of the local customer group/region
Construct and maintain the customer relationship of the local customer group/region
Formulate and implement the marketing strategies of the service products in the local customer group/region, organize, plan and participate in the technological promotion of service products
Support and the quality of the service contract delivery of the service contracts (especially for the SLA service contract).
Manage customer supervise the work of the product lines and service lines of the office, supervise problems; take charge of the solving rate of customer problems
