The Operation team member must be able to monitor Microsoft Messaging systems, assist with maintenance, resolve escalated trouble tickets from the HelpDesk, trouble-shoot basic messaging-related issues with the technical staff, the System Administrators, and other engineers. Required to provide support outside these hours in critical incident or DR exercise situations and for scheduled maintenance.
Provide customer service support to end-users.
Provide escalation to solve issues as required.
Follow up to ensure successful issue resolution and customer satisfaction |
