Description : |
| |
Responsible for delivery of high quality systems on time and within budget, managing development issues, and managing the technology implementation.
• Ensure team develops and enhances system to specifications and delivers new functionality required by the business. (Will not manage resources directly).
• Work with management staff to understand project and business priorities, manage to project milestones, and run development schedules.
• Effectively provide appropriate direction and feedback to support project requirements.
• Work in collaboration with Design and Enterprise Architecture teams
• Must support weekend deployments, as scheduled
. Minimum 7 years experience developing large scale business systems applications.
•Minimum 4 years of management experience with programming staff or 4+ years technical lead experience including leadership, planning, and coordination of development work for large projects.
•Demonstrated ability to mentor technical professionals.
•Ability to organize team and focus on best practices, particularly regarding coding standards and quality assurance.
•Strong working knowledge of development life cycle management.
•Knowledge of Telecommunication Systems is a plus.
•Must be very articulate
•B.S. Computer Science or Management Information Systems
