Description : |
| |
1. Contribute to the development of long-term goals and operating policies for the Oncology organization globally, and the Oncology Biometrics organization locally.
2. Contribute to the development of the Oncology Biometrics organization through his/her leadership role on the management team.
3. Manage assigned multiple project portfolios locally but may also additionally manage a subset of assigned project portfolios globally.
4. Contribute to the productivity of the Oncology Biometrics organization through his/her role on project teams using expertise in SAS programming and clinical domain.
5. Manage timelines, quality and preparation of statistical reporting deliverables and ensure that they comply with Oncology BDM, project and regulatory guidelines globally.
6. Establish and maintain working relationships with partners and customers.
7. Manage resources within the assigned group and share resources, as required, with other programming groups to ensure optimal Biometrics support across projects.
8. Initiate and support continuous improvement initiatives within Oncology BDM and cross-functionally.
9. Ensure that relevant SOPs/Working practices are in place and followed.
10. Review the planned contents of tables / listings / figures for SCE/SCS and project level documents to ensure efficient production and usefulness of output.
11. Recruit talent, coach and develop reports on site.
1. At least 8 years experience in global drug development or relevant field, including experience in a programming/statistical role within the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Experience with matrix management and global environment.
3. Good knowledge of drug development process.
4. Track record in successful project management.
5. Knowledge of Health Authority guidelines.
6. Good knowledge of statistical programming languages.
7. Proven ability to lead drug project or other cross-functional teams.
