| |
Performs installation, troubleshooting, and repair of voice and data cabling in wiring IDF (intermediate distribution facilities) closets and computer rooms.
聞 Network components, wiring and cabling methods, concepts, various applications and local building codes adhered to.
聞 Off-Hours backup support for LAN related outages.
聞 Technical aspects of LAN/WAN hardware and software.
聞 Support Moves/Adds/Changes of new network connections as required, keep network documentation updated
聞 Available to travel for installation projects at other US locations. (some possible)
聞 Maintain and troubleshoot network systems and identify and correct problems
聞 Provide assistance in identifying and documenting processes and procedures
聞 Works well with client exempt and contractor personnel on network issues and escalations.
聞 Assist Network Operations with troubleshooting network connectivity issues
