10-15 years of total IT industry experience, with atleast 4 years in implementing package solutions in Work and Asset Management area for Utilities.
Good understanding of Oracle Work and Asset Management package
Familiarity with process integration of WAMS with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core ERP, CIS, OMS, GIS, Graphical Design etc.
Exposure to the Munis/CoOps/City-based segment of the US Utilities industry is nice to have
Experience of leading solution teams at customer sites, working with client teams/SMEs and leading them through the project life cycle.
Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability
Strong soft skills required
Ready to travel to client locations as needed
