We have an immediate opportunity for a Sr. Business Analyst with Facets or NASCO Claims systems and CBAP certified experience required for 12 months’ contract position with the largest Healthcare Insurer in the Owings Mills, MD, area. You are an ideal fit for this opportunity if you have previously worked as a Sr. Business Analyst for a large Healthcare Insurance company, such as UnitedHealth, Aetna, Cigna or one of the Blues Plans like WellPoint or Highmark.
Experience:
* Minimum of 9 years or more experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Manager,Business Architect, Business Process Modeler or Business Rule Analyst.
* Minimum of 5 years or more working in HealthCare.
* Minimum of 4 years exposure to IT infrastructure, including network and web architectures.
* Minimum of 5 years or more working with Facets or NASCO Claims systems.
* Minimum of 9 years working within a comprehensive System Development Lifecycle Management framework.
* Proven ability to retain a professional and logical approach to tasks under challenging or time constrained situations.
* Experience working in a large, fast-paced project environment.
* Team player attitude with a focus on the success of the team is a MUST.
* Proactively collaborates with other team members across global time zones with the upmost Professionalism, tact and resolve.
* Working experience with SDLC and deliverables associates with each phase.
* Specific experience with use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, process flows,state diagrams, context diagrams, RTM's, and system requirements
