| |
•Demonstrate broad knowledge of a business partner's processes and the ability to assist and/or lead the business partner in process change in a proactive manner.
•Ability to interact with Senior Management in all areas of the company to lead change and communicate progress/benefits
•Able to quickly learn multiple businesses/business processes. Must be able to effectively partner with multiple company departments to ensure solutions meet all business needs. Must be able to work with Information Technology and financial departments to ensure business requirements can be properly supported.
•Manage multiple and complex projects. Maintain and monitor project plans
•Identify and manage resolution or project / enterprise risks.
•Prepare effective written correspondence and effectively present information in a group setting. Communicating frequently with management and business partners to clarify and resolve system issues/concerns. Presenting to executive staff a proposal, a recommendation, or provide status reports.
•Provides input, feedback and makes recommendations to sr. management for resources, budget, projects and priorities by communicating results, needs, schedules, and other tasks.
•Resolves customer service issues related to EDI, identifying root causes, and takes necessary steps to prevent similar or same issues from arising in the future. Coaches team members to be effective problem solvers.
