•Database design, database performance, management and tuning experience
•DW/BI experience in solution, architecture and implementation
•Building data warehouses and working with various data platforms
•IT Functional/Specialization (ETL, Database, BI, SME) (5-10+ Years)
•Specialized requirements gathering and analysis and implementation experience with focus on ETL solution development
•Business expertise in various financial services domains such as Finance (GL) and Risk
•Familiarity with the various domain solutions
•Program and project expertise leveraging a global delivery (offshoring/outsourcing) model
•10 years experience in Design, Development and Management of Ab Initio applications.
•Strong Planning and Analytical Skills.
•Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
•Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels in particular senior business managers
•Demonstrates thought-leadership, initiative, independence, and willingness to learn
•Demonstrated ability to lead and work with teams across multiple locations and time zones
•Experience with data warehousing methodologies
•Expertise interacting with development teams, ensuring their understanding and usage of standards shared technologies
