5+ years of experience in Visual basic (VB) version (4,5 or 6)
1+ year of experience of Sybase ASE or experience in writing/documenting of Stored Procedure
Ability to reverse engineer (VB) code and create requirement statements
Ability to participate in JAD sessions and create analysis document
Excellent analytical , problem solving/trouble shooting skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Nice to have
Experience in Requirement Management tool like DOORS
Experience in managing change request
Knowledge of SDLC
