| |
Position is part of the Quality, Analytics, and Optimization (QAO) department within the Consumer Support Americas organization. The QAO department consists of Forecasting and Operations Research, Quality Assurance, and Consumer Business Analytics groups and is looking to ramp-up its analytical capabilities in India to optimize complex consumer support activities and processes.
The main function of Forecasting Analyst is to apply advanced knowledge of statistical/econometric modeling techniques and methodologies, in order to resolve difficult technical challenges to support consumer support activities. Current modes of consumer support activities and processes include contact center, supply chain, order management, and procurement.
Successful candidate will have a demonstrated expertise and experience in applying the statistical methods such as linear regression, time series, and multivariate methods. Experience in SAS programming including data manipulation, cleaning, data step techniques, and several of the advanced statistical procedures included in the STAT and ETS modules along with a familiarity with the MACRO language is required. Furthermore, this person is expected to work and facilitate with diverse cross-functional organizations within IPG to meet enterprise-wide objectives |
