The person needs to have 4-5 years of large ecom experience with exposure to key processes like shopping cart, catalogue, promotion, and rewards for at least two implementations. Big retail brand experience will be a plus.
Tech stack is ATG oracle and endeca though a different tech stack is ok too as long as the person has tremendous experience.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills and experience of working with business is must have. The person should be a lead BA material |
