•Certified (a plus) SCRUM Master with solid Project Management and team leadership abilities.
•Able to keep projects on track, build consensus amongst all stakeholders and deliver exceptional results.
•Experience in Agile SCRUM and conventional project management, implementation/management, E-Commerce, client/server and back end applications development management.
•Knowledge of the full SDLC, including various methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile SCRUM, XP.
•(a plus) Experience in e-business strategy consulting, business process analysis and requirements definition, risk management.
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent facilitation skills
•Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, practices and rules.
•Scrum Master experience is preferred
•(a plus) Experience with Version One
•Strong writing and oral presentation abilities
•Strong goal setting and task prioritization abilities
•An ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals
•Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is desired
