5+ years of voice experience designing, installing Cisco UCM.
2. Solid knowledge of Cisco switches and routers and how it relates to voice.
3. Good interpersonal skills and communication.
This engineer will work with the clients to gather requirements of where they would like to implement their VoIP system. They will then design the solutions and make sure that all issues involved with it's installation and implementation are identified and resolved.
