Excellent communication both spoken and written, ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions, ability to work in a team setting with both client and Atos teammates, familiarity with working with remote colleagues
Provides technical support to the team responsible for a subset of business systems applications.
Provides assistance in one or all areas of applications that includes testing, design and analysis.
Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications.
May require a bachelors degree in area of specialty and 3-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
