| |
Determine that requirements are appropriately gathered, documented, and supports the business processes/major processes/sub-processes that are in scope.
Business process flow diagrams and narrative for the future state business processes to be leveraged extensively for future process documentation, policies and procedures documentation and also training documentation.
Identifies gaps in business functionality between business requirements and functionality delivered within Oracle or, in the case of AR, the software selected for that purpose. This deliverable also identifies implication and resolution of gaps/issues.
For all gaps identified and categorized as Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (RICEFW), detailed functional specifications including the business requirements, details of the gap identified and functionality enhancements in the respective Oracle module. This will feed the RICEFW technical specifications which will then be the input for the code development. |
