Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Business Development/ Staffing Sales.
Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills
Ability to sell in a consultative manner to identify and address client issues
Selling "Bench Candidates"
Listof ERP Clients.
Managing all aspects of the Sales lifecycle from account penetration, pursuit strategy, and contracting
Should be able to partner with Alliances/ Channels and work with partners
Possesses a proven successful track record in Sales & Marketing of bench consultants.
Must have knowledge of full life cycle Sales process on both the client and candidate side.
Capable of developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts.
Must be a self-motivated team player and possess high levels of integrity |
