Ability to configure and implement Cisco network devices (Nexus, UCS, ASA)
Proficient in network route/switch and converged voice technologies from an engineering perspective
Proficient with IP addressing (IPv4 subnets and supernets), VLANS, EIGRP, BGP and 4 queue QoS
Proficient in establishing and maintaining Business to Business VPN solutions with 3rd parties
Proficient in establishing and maintaining private point to point connections with 3rd parties
Proficient in the use of technical standards and architectural design requirements
Proficient with network transport technology interfaces across an enterprise
Proficient with network security protocols
Knowledge of WAN acceleration technologies
Ensure deliverables are aligned with POA architectural design and support standards
Participates in the development of technical requirements and estimates
