Carries out systematic problem identification, analysis, and resolution
Analyzes and reduces complex problems into simple, manageable components
HIPAA EDI compliance and validation
Defect Analysis
Reporting
Problem Solving & Judgment
Evaluates technical performance challenges and recommends tuning solutions
Focuses on solving problem at hand; recommends permanent solutions
Utilizes decision-making techniques successfully
Communications & Documentation
o Conveys ideas clearly and tailors communication based on selected audience (technical and non-technical)
o Charts various processes, procedures and workflows accurately
o Writes and updates task/project status and reports.
