| |
•Minimum 8 years in application development in MS. NET (4.0/3.5/2.0/1.1), WCF, Web Services, Windows Workflows (WF), and XML related technologies.
•Minimum 5 years in Agile Development with Scrum Methodologies
•Minimum of 10 years of work experience in application design, coding / development and implementation.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle database design and development.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in creating and maintaining logical models, data models, physical models, metadata models, business process models and data dictionaries
•Proficient in Change Management skills such as Strategic changes, Technological changes, and Structural changes as defined by the Business and Technology (IT). – 5 Years
•Strong Business writing skills including: USE Case Specifications, Business requirements document (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Systems Design Specification (SDS), and Data Dictionary, - 5 Years
•Experience in Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams such as State Transition diagrams, Activity diagrams, Class diagrams and Sequence diagrams. – 5 Years
•Excellent knowledge of the full system development life cycle.
•Excellent analytical skills.
•Excellent skills in workflow analysis, documentation and the requirements solicitation/interview process.
•Demonstrated ability to interact with all technical and non technical members of the organization
•Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, teaming, written communication, oral communication and listening skills.
•Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
•Understanding of relevant technologies
•Excellent MS tools skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio
