The PeopleSoft HCM Application Developer will be responsible for working with
business analysts and delivering solutions to meet requirements. Responsibilities
require the candidate to manage, maintain and enhance the PeopleSoft HCM
product line (HR, Payroll, Benefits). The candidate will be responsible for adhering
to current company development standards and implementing best practices. Other
responsibilities include:
*Gathering and Documenting Functional Users requirements for application
customizations. Developing Programmming specifications using PeopleCode and
People Tools.
*Troubleshooting issues reported by end users
* Building and administering integrations with third party systems
* Building and administering integrations with PeopleSoft/Oracle systems
* Periodic on-call support for critical applications
* Knowledge of and adherence to development standards (including Testing and
Migration Procedures)
