Description : |
| |
Provide ongoing administration and technical support for SAP systems including installations, upgrades, patching, performance tuning, troubleshooting, change management and spool/print management. Oversee system metrics, key performance Indicators and monitoring.
Responsible for offshore/onsite resource management, maintenance planning.
Work across functional support areas to tune SAP Applications for optimal performance. In additional to supporting the SAP application and infrastructure landscape, the ideal candidate will have experience and be responsible for supporting SAP SOX Controls.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform installation, upgrades, client copies and system refreshes
Support SAP Functional and Development Teams
General System Monitoring (Logs, Work Processes, Dumps, Locks, etc)
SAP Performance Tuning (ABAP, Logon Groups, Memory, CPU, Network |
