Find solutions and initiate testing changes proactively
- Plan, create, maintain and review Load and Performance tests using tools and strategies
- Identify re-usable components and update the script library
- Coordinate with the stake holders and obtain required clarifications on performance requirements
- Co-ordinate with the environment team for setting up of the test environment
- Act as a technical leader within the team and serve as a SME
- Analyze results of scripts execution
- Report test results to management
