Description : |
| |
+ years in Desktop Engineering or equivalent, DSS experience helpful
• Proficiency in Wise scripting (Wise Studio/Alteris) a necessity. Experience with other automated tools / utilities (PowerShell, VB, etc.) a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively
• Ability to perform computer refreshes - imaging, app installs, data transfer methods
• Ability to acquire new skills in a diverse environment
• Must be able to engineer solutions in a stressful environment and react quickly in times of crisis.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills; able to establish good working relationships and collaborate with networks of employees of all levels; able to foster cooperation in others; creative problem-solver
• Familiarity with a variety of tech support concepts, practices, and procedures
• Able to document and maintain SOP, WI, IQ/OQ.
• Ability to work with internal staff and with 3rd Party vendors to assist with installation of technological upgrades to ensure system integrity.
• Able to analyze business requirements to determine the stated requirements are clear, complete, unambiguous, feasible, and non-contradictory, and in turn, resolve any deficiencies.
• Facilitate requirements sessions with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and development team.
