Description : |
| |
•Plan and finalize the critical path in the project. Direct the team to understand , design, develop, document and test manufacturing execution systems (MES) and related equipment and system interfaces
•Identify Risks. Plan required mitigation, Contingency and Management reserves wherever essential and monitor the impact
•Evaluate and deploy right resources based on fluctuating demand, ensure high degree of motivation, effectively manage the changes and focus on value additions
•Measure Project and Cost Performance through Earned Value Management (EVM), track issues & deviations, report performance and take appropriate actions
•Assess effectiveness of Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) and take required corrective measures
•Ensure required Quality and Regulatory (GxP, CFR Part 11 etc.) compliances with documented evidences using manufacturing industry specific best practices and standards
•Interact with stakeholders, ensure required training, plan & finalize minimum down time and ensure roll-out without any variances
