Description : |
|
1. 10+ years of industry experience in IT service management. ITIL v3/ITSM preferred.
2. Experience in defining and managing large scale services. ITSM preferred.
3. Experience managing complex, multi-functional, multi-geography, multi-technology, multi-vendor, high visibility projects. PMP preferred.
4. Very good knowledge of all layers of techstack from compute, storage, networks, hypervisors to operating system and from protocols to application layer and development methodologies (SDLC, agile, etc.)
5. Good knowledge of infrastructure, data and application management architecture and issues
6. Functional knowledge of BPMN and UML.
7. Functional knowledge and appreciation of business constraints and requirements like data security, compliance etc.
8. Good knowledge of cloud computing and how it differs from traditional style along with good understanding of private, public and hybrid clouds.
