| |
•Responsible for partnering with Marketing and the Digital product owners to drive traffic to the website to drive the new accounts and customer satisfaction.
•Establish and mange the relationships for LOB Partners in Consumer Finance, Commercial/Business Banking (unauthenticated environment), and FNRM, as well as Corporate Communication, Community and Social.
•Accountable for sales growth in the digital channel.
•Responsible for the research and apply process for the digital channel.
•Manage digital marketing budget.
•Input into the digital roadmap.
•Leads the development and implementation of the strategy for one or more complex platforms/products in collaboration with all Digital Channels.
•Defines and evangelizes digital channel strategy and uses data-driven insights to inform strategy and channel opportunities.
•Responsible for achieving target revenue and account growth goals assigned to the Digital P&L.
•Helps to drive channel strategies that balance demand generation and engagement objectives with relevant, thoughtful end-to-end customer experiences in order to maximize return on investment.
•Ensure product definition and product life-cycle roadmap support business drivers (i.e., revenue, audience, cost savings, strategic value)
•Partners closely with peer organizations, marketing, product development, customer contact center, user experience and technology to evolve the digital platform.
