BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
B. ITIL Foundations preferred.
C. Extensive Knowledge of portfolio management best practices.
Working Knowledge of project management methodologies, testing methodologies, and application development methodologies.
Extensive Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle methodologies and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with senior level ISD and business management on complex technical topics and issues.
D. Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience with delivery of applications services, including one (1) or more years’ experience managing projects. Experience leading in a matrix organization and in project estimation techniques |
