General Responsibilities include: initiating and chartering projects; managing scope, changes and ensuring product quality; managing all aspects of project execution including creating and tracking to cost, schedule and scope baselines; developing and managing to run rates; managing risks and issues; providing clear and accurate weekly and monthly project reporting and forecasting; delivering projects to production using readiness assessment, sign-off and project close-out techniques; and acting as a champion to foster a positive project work environment, identify and resolve project related problems, and successfully lead the team to accomplish all the project objectives in the allotted time and budget constraints.
