•Need very good knowledge of IBM Mainframe (JCL, COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, File Manager/File-AID).
•Should have experience in analyzing CICS and Batch dumps
•Should have experience in debugging the program using expeditor/debugger.
•Should be able to learn complex applications and their interfaces fast, know how to analyze different things and to resolve issues, problems and figure out the why.
•Need to have excellent communication skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
•Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience.
•Handling high/critical production incidents
