Be able to design, lead and implement BPM solutions
• Understand all elements to architect, design, build, test, operate and maintain complex SOA and BPM systems using Active Matrix BPM
• Capability to take requirements and transform to process-centric implementation
• Experience with Integration Patterns and Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture
• At least 2 years design and implementation experience in TIBCO Active Matrix BPM product
• Strong modelling design skills in Business Process Management & Enterprise Architecture Integration (EAI) using TIBCO Active Matrix BPM
