•Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Nexus, Cisco CatOS, Cisco IOS, Juniper, Sidewinder, Blue Coat ProxySG, McAfee Web Gateway, Citrix Netscaler, Actiance USG
•6 – 8 years of experience in Network Administration
•Technical Certifications :CCNP/ CCIP/ CCIE or equivalent
•Hands on Expertise on the Network devices like Switches, Routers ,Wan Optimizers, Wireless LAN and their components
•Strong Hands on networking experience with Enterprise MPLS networking
•Good knowledge on the Service provider networks and terminologies
•Good knowledge on VPN and MPLS VPN.
•Strong Knowledge of ITIL framework.
•Knowledge on DNS, Firewalls, Proxy Load Balancing and IDS/IPS
•Willing to work during US business hours and provide on-call support
•Implementation expertise on the Voice devices like media gateways, Servers, Cisco CM etc and their components
•Knowledge on CTI components, IVR functioning, Call recording, Dialer
•Extremely Good Analytical Skills
•Strong Networking Troubleshooting skills
•Strong Communication and documentation skills
