| |
Deploy Lean .Work side-by-side with the business, observing the processes,gaining voice of the customer and translating to critical requirements, identifying areas of opportunity to streamline processes, facilitating leaders through a prioritization exercises to select Client processes for improvement. Help the business create new “standard work” (SOP’s). Create pilot plans to pilot new processes, identify and success metrics (KPI’s) build measurement systems to track performance, and test for statistically significant difference pre and post-pilot as well as pilot vs. control groups. Support leaders in designing visual boards and providing leaders with feedback on facilitating team huddles and problem solving sessions with their staff .
