Description : |
| |
Conducts business analysis requirements sessions with end users and develops requirements documents and functional specifications.
Perform root cause analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.
Performs and coordinates the day-to-day activities required for the proper functioning of assigned business critical applications
Develops and coordinate test plans, test cases and other test artifacts.
Acts as the technical liaison between users, vendors, and development staff.
Proactively identifies, analyzes and documents problems, recommends solutions, and initiates corrective action. Tests and communicates system updates on assigned applications.
Support the systems behind internal business processes such as operational reports and analysis for key business performance metrics. Assess and make recommendations for systems improvement solutions.
