| |
ITSM Process Consultants will drive the As-Is research and To-Be design of the ITIL-aligned processes for those that are in-scope.
Ultimately they will drive the creation of the core process artifacts and the actual workflow template in the tool.
These resources will work closely with the process owners. They must have process design skills with proven experience implementing multiple ITIL process.
These resources will work with our Requirements Manager(s) to ensure the artifacts make it into the appropriate tools for traceability too.
Further these resources will work with the PM to ensure sound representation of upcoming efforts, impacts and risks.
Activities and Responsibilities:
Work with the ITSM Core Team to implement processes in alignment with the ITIL framework Work with various process owners to capture and facilitate the design and possible
re-engineering of current and future state processes Coordinate efforts with neighboring process owners to ensure successful integration with other ITIL processes Develop detailed
process-related artifacts, not limited to: process diagrams, process guides, policy documents, procedures, RACI matrix; etc.
Work with Core ITSM Team to provide communication and training for various processes Develop specific, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to
determine process effectiveness as well as foster process improvement |
